I have to be careful with Rose. She had a brutal day. We went for an ATV ride, then she got Bartleby’s mom into the training pen, then new sheep arrived and she had to start teaching them to deal with a dog. She was rushing around all day and I looked up this evening and saw her tongue hanging down to the ground. Rose never slows down, never quits, rarely bothers to even get a drink, so I need to remind myself to stop and get her to a cool place with water. She is draped across my leg as I right this, and will get some rest. She did a great job today, and she will get tomorrow off.
