May 15, 2010 – I’m happy to report that at l p.m., Saturday, July 24, Maria and I, in conjunction with the Redux Art Gallery in Dorset, will stage a “Creative Union” art show, featuring potholder and notecard art from Maria and I. The show will not sell anything that cost more than $15 – a new way to sell art in these times – and will include only original art. Good stuff. Affordable stuff. so in theory, everybody can take something home.

The show, hosted by Christine Nemec of Redux, will feature Maria’s eclectic potholders, including and dog and cat potholders, and my donkey, dog, floral, bar, sheepherding, chicken, egg and stone wall notecards. The Creative Union Show will also celebrate my marriage to Maria. We think this is a timely way to make and sell art, and we are happy to be doing this together, along with Christine Nemec and the Image Loft. And surely Izzy and/or Lenore will be there. There will be some food served as well. Come by.
