I saw this geranium on the farmhouse porch this morning, just after dawn and saw that if you get close, you see the power of light to affect us, lift us up, bring hope, and speak to the need for love in our lives. Fear kills love, brings us down, snuffs hope and plunges us into darkness. Each flower to me is a signal to the world of promise and beauty. Beauty in small things, everywhere.
