For me photography has always been about emotion. I see a lot of emotion in things – dogs, old barns, light coming through flowers (light coming through anything). I began taking photographs when I thought I was losing my mind, and in a many ways, taking photographs saved it. Tomorrow I’m bringing some pansy photos to Christine Nemec at Redux to see if they ought to be notecards along with the others in the series. I think so.
