The puppy Lenore

June 25, 2009 – I love the blog, and want to keep it moving forward. The people at Mannix Marketing in Glens Falls, N.Y., and I are hard at work plotting a new “Bedlam Farm for Kids” area on this website. Bedlam Farm for Kids will focus on the animals of the farm – especially the dogs, cats and donkeys. I’ll post photos each day and tell a story a day about the goings on here. There is always something happening with Rose, Izzy, Lenore and Frieda. The barn cats are usually up to something as well.
  This page will function independently, and I’ll also be offering excerpts, photos and illustrations from my children’s books, now underway with Holt, the first of which is due out next year.
  I also want to keep up with the radical changes underway online. Many of you are on Facebook, so the Farm Journal is going there as well. Photos and journal entries on the blog will go up there.
  In addition, we will be simplifying the site, and making it easier to access photos and entries by category – Rose, Izzy, Lenore, flowers, rural, life, etc.
  I am constantly re-thinking the Farm Journal, and want to share some of these ideas as they take shape. The Farm Journal, as always, will remain unchanged and be the focal point of bedlamfarm.com. Stay tuned.
