Nothing ever goes quite according to plan. The rear panel of the truck carrying Darryl got stuck, so Darryl Kuehne, the owner of Darryl, and Ben Osterhaupt, who was fixing windowpanes blown out by jumping sheep the other day, both got into the truck and lifted Darryl, who weights 250 lbs out gently. He didn’t seem to mind. He will stay a month, and hope to jump start the ewes. Tunis sheep are more adaptable than some, but it might not work out. Darryl will be here at least a month and is already thoroughly intimidated by Rose.
