December 29, 2007 – Just made an appointment for Miss Lenore to be spayed. She is still a pup, but more every day, a handsome young lady, and a testament to the passage of time. A great dog, sweet and easy, and if I say so myself, a looker. Although she is rarely serious, she looks here as if she is about to head out with the Queen on a hunt. I am heading out this afternoon to take some photos. I’m getting interested in night pictures, and on my new blog, photosbyjonkatz.com and thinking of a narrative thread called “Upstate Nights” where I take night photos. Other narrative threads I am considering: Portraits. Animals. Farms. People at work.
